JOHNSON MAY is seeking a Remote Transactional Matter Attorney. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned attorney who excels in transactional matters and thrives in a collaborative, remote work environment.

Position Overview:
As a Remote Attorney, you will play a critical role in delivering top-tier legal services to our diverse clientele across various practice areas, including:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex business contracts, including mergers and acquisitions agreements, real estate transaction documents, and corporate governance materials.
- Conducting meticulous due diligence investigations, ensuring robust client protection and informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 Years of Transactional Matter Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable and demonstrable legal experience in transactional matters.
- Idaho State Bar License: Candidates must hold a current license to practice law in the State of Idaho and be in good standing with the Idaho State Bar.
- Northwest Focus: Candidates may reside in the Northwest region of the United Sates (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Nevada, or Wyoming preferred).
- Remote Work Readiness: Candidates must demonstrate proven ability to work effectively and efficiently from a remote environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Candidates must also demonstrate use proficiency with legal research databases, including Westlaw and with electronic court filing systems including iCourt and PACER.

JOHNSON MAY is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its fast-growing, full-service legal team. The ideal candidate will primarily manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes within the Firm’s practice areas. Duties/Responsibilities:

Compensation:
Compensation depends upon experience and meeting the above-stated qualifications and requirements.
Candidates earn a base salary and can participate in a bonus structure allowing the candidate to control his/her earning potential.

Johnson May seeks a motivated and detail-oriented multi-tasker for a paralegal position with our firm. The Paralegal will assist attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services, including document preparation, organization and production; client and witness interaction; legal research, investigations; and trial preparation.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- A Paralegal is an integral member of a Team that includes a Legal Assistant, Partner, and often an Associate Attorney. Supervisory responsibilities relate to case flow, deadlines, and accountability for Team task completion.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Organize/maintain case files and legal records; including review and summary of evidence and legal transcripts.
- Bates-number evidence and creation of Production Logs.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, transactional documents, correspondence, and other documents as needed.
- Communicate with Team members, clients, witnesses, opposing counsel offices, court, and other professionals.
- Assist with pre-trial and trial preparation, including potential deposition and hearing/trial attendance.
- Participate in weekly case meeting with Legal Team and be accountable for status of Team tasks to move casework forward from onboarding through conclusion.
Accurately log billable time spent on tasks performed in the firm’s management platform to meet productivity requirements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or as needed.
